Dirt and oil can be removed using high efficiency in line filtration, we supply DD filters to remove reduce dirt and dust particles down to 1 micron and also also oil aerosol and water vapour down to 0.1 ppm

A high efficiency PD grade filter fitted downstream of a DD filter will clean the compressed air supply even further removing dirt, liquid water and oil aerosol down to 0.01 ppm (0.01 mg/m³)

Where the compressed air has to be to a very clean standard introduction of a third in line QD activated carbon filter will remove oil vapour and hydrocarbon odours down to to a maximum remaining oil content of 0.003 ppm (0.01 mg/m³)

To prevent water causing damage to your equipment and processes we can supply a range of FX, FD refrigerant type dryers providing dew-points down to +3°C and CD heatless desiccant dryers and BD low purge heat reactivated dryers providing dew-point suppression down to -20°C, -40°C and even -70°C when the process demands
